Constellation declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share of Class A Common Stock and $0.36 per share of Class B Common Stock, payable on May 24, 2016, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 10, 2016. This represents a 29 percent increase in the dividend rate per share for both the Class A and Class B Common Stock.
